Return and Refund Policy – Love Doves
1. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel a booking by notifying us in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
- All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled dove release are non-refundable.
2. Basket Deposit
- A refundable R200 deposit is required for the dove basket unless the R250 delivery fee is paid.
- The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 working days of the basket being returned in good condition.
- If the basket is returned damaged, incomplete, or excessively dirty, the deposit may be withheld partially or entirely to cover cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.
3. Delivery Fee
- The R250 delivery fee is non-refundable once delivery has taken place or if the driver is en route.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations
- In the event of weather conditions that pose a risk to the doves (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the release for the safety of the birds.
- In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule date or a refund (including any delivery or cancellation fees already incurred).
5. No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations
- If the client fails to show up or cancels on the day of the release, no refund will be issued.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed via EFT and can take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
